The Company was created with the purpose to provide for realization of the state economic interests concerned with development of the construction industry and creation of conditions ensuring increase of competitiveness of industrial, civil and house construction.

carries out design of industrial and civil objects, fulfils building and assembly jobs, conducts training and retraining of labor required by construction industry

The Company is an open state-owned joint-stock company, having 16 associated companies:

• Training centers
• Hotel 'Zatyshok'

Appearance of the state-owned joint-stock company 'Budivelna kompaniya Ukrbud' in the Ukrainian construction market is a natural continuation of half-century experience of its enterprises in industrial and civil construction based on realization of new strategic approaches to organization and fulfillment of design and construction activity.

The philosophy of our work bases itself on evolution of market demand of construction products. We give preference to the complex approach to work with potential investors, which includes exploratory elaboration, accomplishment of a certain functions of the client, development and realization of projects, and, in future, possible use of the buildings.

The high level of technique and technology equipment of the Company and its associated companies, availability of certified quality control systems allows fulfillment of any project and construction/assembly jobs promptly and at a high quality level.
